Do you build on-site or deliver a pre-built shed?

We build right on your property. That means no delivery truck, large trailers, and the shed fits your exact space — including tight gates and backyard access that pre-builts can't reach. Also, we won't leave big ruts in your yard from a massive truck and trailer.

What's the advantage of a built-on-site shed over a kit or big-box store shed?

Built-on-site sheds use real lumber, LP SmartSide siding with a 50-year warranty, and are constructed to last decades. Our design is simple and solid but really it is our quick build process and customer services that stands out when compared to big box store or pre-built sheds.

Who actually builds my shed — will it be you or a crew I've never met?

As an owner-operator, I'm the one selling, building, and standing behind your shed. There's no 800 number — if something ever needs attention, I come back personally. That's something the big shed companies simply can't offer.

How long does it take to build?

Most standard sheds are completed in one to two days once we start. We'll confirm your start date when you book and keep you updated along the way.

Do I need a permit?

Permit requirements vary by city and county. We recommend checking with your local municipality before we begin. We build to solid construction standards regardless, but the permit process is the homeowner's responsibility to initiate. Also, make sure if you have a HOA you get the shed design, location, and color approved prior to construction beginning to avoid delays and/or penalties.

How does payment work?

We collect a $500 deposit to hold your build date, with the balance due upon completion. We also offer financing options — customers can get approved in minutes and pay the shed off over time if that works better for your budget.

Question 10

Do you do repairs on existing sheds?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in new shed builds only. If you need repairs on an older shed, a local handyman would be your best bet — but if it's time for a new one, we'd love to help you get started.
